The oysters were a good deal and the martinis were delicious. We went to the happy hour deal which I highly recommend.

The Bar Room is a popular spot to visit. It seems low-key from the outside, but once you enter, the environment is stunning. I enjoy bringing visitors here as it has an uncomplicated menu and great drinks. Now, onto the service. The team here is very attentive. It can get quite busy for happy hour. They always seem to come at the right time in the conversation to remove plates, bring drinks, and give you your order. I have booked small tables for 2-4 guests and big tables for 10 guests. If you are looking to book a huge table here, give them a call. You will get a quicker response than emailing their staff. Favorite dishes: Fries, Chips & Guac, and Burger. Drinks: Rose, Blood Orange Marg -- their drinks are so good. My team loves coming here as they make great mocktails. The food is so good that I forget to take photos. Great sign!

Love coming here for happy hour, but the crowd can definitely be a mixed bag. It's a popular after work spot and can get packed quickly at the bar area. Slightly overpriced but makes sense because of its location. The staff is super friendly and attentive.

Came here for a group dinner. Was able to make a last minute Friday night reservation for a group of 7. Place has a nice speakeasy type of ambience. Elevated. Drinks were well made. Food was surprisingly tasty. Surprised this place wasn't busier on a Friday night, but I'd definitely come back.

The Bar Room is an amazing experience from start to finish, and it is very easy to see why it is such a popular spot! Come for the cocktails (our highlights were the Jalisco espresso martini and Infante - everything on the massive selection of beverages is incredible), and stay for the food, ambiance, and service. Every bite we had was marvelous and all of the staff are super nice! I recommend this place really highly and will be coming back very soon! All of the staff were incredible and really made the experience much more enjoyable!! Thank you so much!

Always a required visit when in the city. Stumbled in one afternoon, per chance, no I had not a prior adult beverage! Just admiring the architecture on the side streets and found myself transported to another place and time Cheers to surprises!

It hourly enjoyed this elegant ambiance when meeting a friend for a work related lunch on Friday. The happy hour drink and food menu starts early at 3:00 PM! Great prices. Good food. Attentive and friendly staff. And all the cute decorative feels. This is a must go to restaurant and bar! Highly recommend.

We were going to go to a nearby restaurant, but they didn't have any space so we ended up at the Bar Room. We were able to walk in and be seated and they had plenty of seating. The dining area in the back has great lighting and ambiance, but the food was only okay. I would go back if I am in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

We stopped in for brunch on a Sunday before the theater. Although the brunch menu was not huge, there were enough choices so that everyone can find something. I started off with a cup of tea. They had a nice selection. I ordered the wild mushroom omelette. It contained aged cheddar and the combination was great. Rather than toast, the accompaniment was salad. It was really good with a lite refreshing dressing. I wish that hey had put a bit more salad on the plate. The seating is in the back room. Although there aren't too many tables, when it got filled up, it was quite noisy. It was bright and airy in the back room. They had a large skylight to brighten the place during the day. Our waitress was very nice and the service was very good. When in New York, we will stop by again.

Came for a private event so that's what this review is gonna be based off of. They separated the back area of the dining room with a curtain so the noise from the rest of the dining room and bar still permeates the private area. The drinks were well made and service was great. The menu was balanced and had a lot of great options. The appetizers I actually liked more than the entrees but everything was solid. Would come back !
